Online Banking Upgrade – with Mobile Banking
In an effort to make life better for our members, we have unveiled an updated version of PremierOnline Banking. As always you will be able to view your accounts, pay bills, transfer money, order checks and view copies of cleared checks.
 
What's different is the look and feel. This new version is more user-friendly which allows for better page navigation, enhancing your online banking experience. Enhanced features include: mobile banking, with no special app required, and secure online messaging.
 
We’ve Opened a New Branch – it fits in the Palm of your hand!

Now you can take the Credit Union with you wherever you go! With PremierOnline Mobile Banking, you will have instant access to your accounts to:

  • View account balances and history
  • Schedule same-day transfers
  • View scheduled bill payments
  • Schedule bill payments to existing payees
  • Edit  or delete scheduled bill payments
  • Locate an ATM or branch
  • Communicate with the Credit Union using secure messaging
What you need to know:
  • To use Mobile Banking, simply go to http://mobile.premiercu.org from your Internet-enabled mobile device
  • No registration is necessary — you’ll use the same Username, Password, and Security Questions that you use when signing into PremierOnline
  • Mobile Banking is secure—no sensitive information is stored on your cellular phone
Premier Credit Union offers Mobile Banking as a free service; however, data service charges may apply through your wireless carrier.
 
Make Your Credit Card Payment via Pay-by-Phone Service   
Premier Credit Union credit cardholders can now make a credit card payment over the phone. 
 
How it Works:
  1. Cardholder calls Card Service phone number, 1-800-234-5354.
  2. Cardholder can select payment option and proceed with entering account information to make a payment.
  3. Cardholder receives confirmation number for receipt of payment
  4. The system will process and post payments received by the 5pm CT cut-off time the same day. If the payment is received after 5pm CT, the system will process the payment and post it effective the next business day.
If a cardholder enters incorrect routing and transit number information and the system does not accept it, they will be routed to a Card Service representative for further assistance. The representative will assist the cardholder with processing the payment, and determine if the routing and transit numbers provided are valid.  
 
At anytime, the cardholder can opt-out or hit "0" to speak to a Card Service representative during normal business hours. 
 
As a reminder, cardholders can continue to make payments via Premier Credit Union’s MyCardInfo site

NOTICE: Premier Advantage Goes Electronic

Premier Credit Union’s quarterly Credit Union newsletter, Premier Advantage, is going electronic as of the January 2011 issue. In an effort to reduce paper waste and decrease statement mailing costs, we will no longer insert a paper newsletter into our quarterly statements. We will continue to provide an electronic version of our newsletter as part of the quarterly E-Statements and online at www.PremierCU.org. Stay on top of our latest products and promotions, by signing up for Premier email notification service.

West Des Moines Branch - Now Open!

Our new full-service West Des Moines branch, at 1301 Grand Avenue in West Des Moines is now open and ready to serve you!  We are pleased to respond to Member requests for a west side location providing more convenient service to the Des Moines Metro. Premier Credit Union continually seeks opportunities to expand its services and offer convenience to existing members – and to welcome new members to the credit union.

This is the Credit Union's fourth Central Iowa location, and its second branch to open this year. In addition to consumer saving, checking and lending solutions, Premier Credit Union’s West Des Moines location also offers commercial, construction, and mortgage services.   We invite you to stop by, see our new location, and visit with the great team we've assembled to assist you with all of your financial needs.

Recent Federal regulations are changing the way we can provide you with overdraft protection services on your checking account. As of 08/15/10, new Federal Reserve rules require Premier Credit Union checking account owners using ATM or debit cards to provide written permission (Opt In) authorizing us to pay ATM and everyday debit transactions on your account. 
 

If you haven't yet Opted In, it's not too late. You can re-establish coverage at any time, simply complete our convenient online Opt In form or give us a call at 1-866-273-9938.
