Member Service Representative/Teller

Get your start in the exciting world of financial services! Premier Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative/Teller who wants to “make life better” for our members.

Are you someone who:

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality service to our members.
  • Promoting Premier Credit Union’s products and services.
  • Problem solving for members by using Premier Credit Union financial solutions.
  • Conducting daily routine transactions such as deposits and withdrawals on accounts.

Position Information:

  • $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
  • Working a flexible, full-time schedule during business hours of Monday – Friday from 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Having availability every other Saturday of the month.
  • Working in either our Des Moines Metro or West Des Moines location.
  • Monthly bonuses and incentives.
  • 6 month review and annual reviews.

Systems & Network Administrator

You will play a vital role in maintaining and advancing our server and network infrastructure. This intermediate to advanced position requires a candidate who can ensure the stability of our current systems while preparing us for future challenges. Collaboration, documentation, excellent customer service, and vendor management are essential aspects of this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the enterprise network, server, and storage environment, including maintenance, monitoring, security, and change management. Manage virtualization, servers, storage, backups, Active Directory, Office 365, and SQL server.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Senior VP of IT on strategic planning, budgeting, and project allocation to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain thorough documentation of systems and processes. Facilitate cross-training among team members to ensure a well-rounded skill set.
  • Help Desk Support: Act as a point of escalation for help desk tickets, working closely with support specialists to provide uninterrupted technology support for staff.
  • Project Management: Participate in various projects, including network and data center architecture, automation with tools like PowerShell, and cloud environment evaluation (e.g., Azure).
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors on problem resolution and project implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Systems & Network Administrator or in a similar IT role.
  • Strong technical expertise in server administration, network management, virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation and project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and serve as an escalation point for support requests.

  • Salary: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
