Important Information about our NEW Online Banking

Is Your Contact Info Up to Date? 

With the new system, you must authenticate each device using text message or email verification. Correct information must be on file as YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LOG IN WITHOUT COMPLETING THIS STEP. Please login to Online Banking NOW to update your contact info.

Things To Know: 

Logging In - You will use the EXISTING username and password for the primary account holder when logging in for the first time. 

Bill Pay - Bill Pay will be turned off the evening of Thursday, February 28, 2019. All recurring and set up payments will go through and be paid. Bill Pay will return on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 after the conversion. Bill Pay users will not lose any Payees or recurring settings with the conversion. 

Scheduled Transfers - Any scheduled transfers that have been set up in Online Banking will NOT convert to the new Online Banking system and will need to be set up after the conversion. 

NEW Mobile App - The NEW Mobile App will be available for download on March5, 2019.

Logging In For The First Time - IMPORTANT When using a tablet or phone, the screen will look similar to the image below. When using your computer, enter your username and password on the homepage. 

1. You will use the EXISTING username and password when logging in for the first time.


2. The General Terms and Conditions page will then appear. Click Accept.



3. Next, you will be asked security/verification questions that need to be answered based upon the primary account holder’s information. (This will occur on the first login attempt of each device you log in with.)


4. You will now be asked how you would like to authenticate the device you are on; either via text message or email based upon the primary account holder’s information. (This will occur on the first login attempt of each device you authenticate.)



5. Once you selected your delivery method successfully, you will receive an authentication code, please enter that here.



6. Finally, you will set up a new password.
