Member Appreciation Contest
- To enter: Contest open to those 18 years of age or older at the time of promotional period. Limit one entry per person. Must enter inside any Premier Credit Union branch between Monday July 8 and Saturday July 23, 2024 to be eligible.
- Prize: Prize value (1099 value) is: $700.00. Winnings to be given to the person that is drawn at the end of the submission period. Winner will receive one (1) YETI Tundra 72 can cooler and a summer gift package of assorted gifts.
Rules and Regulations
- Prize restrictions: Prize is non-transferable, Premier Credit Union assumes no responsibility for the prize after it is awarded. Premier Credit Union Employees and Board Members and their immediate families are ineligible. No purchase necessary to win.
- Drawing: Winners will be drawn on or around Monday, July 15, 2024 at 3:00pm. The prizewinner for the contest will be randomly selected from all eligible received entries. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be contacted shortly thereafter by contact information submitted up on entry or by existing contact information for current members.
- Odds: Odds of being selected as a contest winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a.) The Official Rules and the decision of the employees and Premier Credit Union, which shall be final in all respects; b.) Release, discharge and hold harmless, Premier Credit Union and their officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the contest, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration. Premier Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if the contest rules have been violated in any way. Any prize not claimed on determined date range are forfeited and become the sole property of Premier Credit Union. Rules are subject to change without notice. Decisions of Premier Credit Union are final. Premier Credit Union is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any contest related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries. - Taxes: Winner assumes financial obligations for local, state, and federal taxes and all applicable fees based on the value of the prize. In accordance with IRS regulations, any winner receiving a prize(s) valued at $600 or more in a given calendar year is furnished a copy of IRS Form 1099 (miscellaneous income).
