Premier Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Representative/Teller who wants and strives to make our members lives better! We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, problem solving individual, who works well within a team environment, and is willing to make a meaningful difference in the financial lives of our members.
This position will work primarily out of our Des Moines Branch, but may need to work in our other Des Moines Metro locations on occasion. An ideal Member Service Representative candidate can handle working in a fast paced environment, strong member service skills, outstanding communication skills and extreme attention to detail.
Applicants must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM and every Saturday from 8:30 AM -1:00 PM that may include our Metro Des Moines offices when needed. Benefits include matching 401k, PTO, along with life, health, dental coverage, and potential for a monthly bonus.

- Promoting Premier Credit Union’s products and services
- Problem solving for members over the phone, email, or in person using Premier Credit Union financial solutions
- Conducting daily routine transactions such as deposits and withdrawals on accounts
