Our newest branch office in the Des Moines metro area is celebrating one year of business in April of 2024! Our Urbandale location is located at 10951 Meredith Drive, on the corner of Meredith and NW Urbandale Drive. Conveniently located just south of the Super Target, this branch is prepared to assist with all your financial needs. The lobby has a sleek, modern feel with large open spaces as well as Live Teller Machines. (more below) We’re proud to be a community partner in this area, making a positive impact whenever we can!
Live Teller Machines – a Staple of our Urbandale Credit Union
Our Urbandale, Iowa branch was the first branch to introduce the new Live Teller machines. These machines have all the functionality of an ATM, but with many more options! You can deposit checks, make loan payments, deposit or withdraw cash, check your account balance, and even live-chat with one of our member service representatives. This location has two machines inside the branch and two in the drive-ups – allowing you to do transactions right in your vehicle to save you time! Now, you can also find these machines at our downtown Des Moines branch, and they will soon be coming to the branch in West Des Moines!

Premier’s first branch built from the ground up
This Urbandale Credit Union branch is the first brick and mortar location that Premier has built. Our other locations were acquired over the years as we expanded our business, merged with other financial institutions, or purchased buildings to house our operations. The decision was made after listening to our members – they wanted a location that better serviced the Urbandale community, as well as the areas of Clive, Grimes, and Waukee. Our members were looking for a physical location to complement our locations in Downtown and West Des Moines. And we were happy to provide! Stop inside and talk with our knowledgeable staff and try out the Live Teller Machines if you haven’t yet.
